about

These #isochronic pulses begin at 40Hz (Gamma waves) and end at 8Hz (Alpha waves).
The base/carrier frequencies begin at 216Hz and end at 108Hz. They are part of the 432Hz scale.

Headphones are not necessary because only a single tone is used.

#GammaWaves
Gamma waves, which range from 25Hz to 100Hz (although 40Hz is typical) are the highest of all brainwaves, and appear in the cerebral cortex of the brain (the highest part) when one is engaging their memory, learning and processing information. 40Hz gamma waves are particularly important for binding our senses in regards to perception and when learning new material. Gamma is also present during REM sleep. Mentally challenged people are found to have lower gamma activity than average.
Caution: Too much gamma can cause anxiety, high arousal and stress. A lack of gamma can cause ADHD, depression and learning disabilities.
Meditation increases gamma waves.

#AlphaWaves
Alpha waves are within in the moderate frequency range of 8 - 12 Hertz. They are the bridge between beta and theta waves; they connect the conscious mind to the subconscious mind. Thus they can keep you awake yet relaxed, enabling you to make correct decisions and keep your emotions in check. Stress reduces Alpha waves and increase beta waves.
Caution: Too much Alpha can cause one to lose focus and daydream. Alack of Alpha can result in insomnia, anxiety and stress.
