Isochronic tones are far more effective than binaural beats because the silence between the pulses makes them much clearer, causing a stronger stimulation of the required brainwave patterns.
This clarity can be harsh to listen to though, so I mixed in some ocean waves (generated via granular synthesis) to reduce the intensity of the pulses.
Enjoy listening and get a good night's sleep!

Headphones are not necessary because only a single tone is used.
